AITO 9 Overview

Recently, Chinese electric cars have gained a huge popularity thanks to the great global success they have achieved, in terms of technological progress and luxury. AITO 9 Series Engine

Backed by the AITO MF Platform, the super range extender technology achieves a thermal efficiency of 45% and a fuel-to-electric conversion rate of 3.65 KWh/L, providing the highest oil-electric conversion efficiency in the industry. It comes with an intelligent air suspension system that reduces energy consumption and provides fast response when easily adapting with various road conditions. Thus, the car's electric range can reach up to 1,239 km. The 5-layer insulation battery allows the High-Voltage Breaker to cut in, which provides high safety in case of a major accident. We’re talking about one the safety features in the MF Platform, on which the AITO 9 is based. This platform covers over 150 safety scenarios, having developed more than 200 safety features and incorporated an industry-leading 40 safety technologies.

The AITO Line-Up

AITO 9 was not the only vehicle tested on the 38-day, 12-country Eurasian tour. It was accompanied by the Aito 5 and Aito 7.

The AITO 5 is a stylish, high-performance, urban mid-size SUV. It is distinguished with its striking, futuristic, sporty design, which expresses its high performance, while showcasing its luxurious character. The AITO 7 is another big-size luxury car, characterized by its sophistication and luxury. It is distinguished with its zero-gravity seats, which include massage feature. The car has an amazing ability to adapt with all types of family trips, providing the necessary comfort and luxury. The car is made of high-quality stainless steel and comes as standard with eight safety airbags, and a 5-layer battery insulation, along with 20 active safety features.

The AITO MF Platform

Thanks to the AITO MF platform, the AITO line-up provides outstanding performance. This advanced platform was produced with the help of more than 3,000 robots and 100% automation in key processes; it combines intelligent safety systems, powertrain diversity, flexible and adaptable interior space, and technological intelligence. It is also capable of delivering the power of a traditional 3.0-liter turbocharged internal combustion engine, with half of the consumption. This platform supports multiple power options, including Super Range-extended Electric, Battery Electric, and Ultra Hybrid. It is the only platform in the industry compatible with all three new energy power systems, delivering a driving experience that is "enjoyable, convenient, and secure" for consumers. It also supports a technology that can serve as an external power source during outdoor camping. The technology also tailors power generation based on user driving habits, optimizing NVH (Noise, Vibration, and Harshness) and fuel efficiency for a refined, cost-effective journey.

AITO 9 Series Exterior

So much intelligence was poured into making this amazing vehicle’s chassis and body structure, to provide the utmost comfort inside out. The AITO 9 Series wheelbase measures about 3,110 meters long, providing the needed interior space for comfortable seating, even for the 3rd-row seats. Its strong body provides outstanding noise cancellation, even when the car exceeds 120 km/h, thanks to the double-layered soundproof glass, enhanced with an ENC active noise cacellation technology to create a quiet driving experience.

The exterior design language adopts the dynamic flow of rivers merged into the sea; hence, the dynamic flow of the smooth and sleek lines provides a drag coefficient of only 0.279 Cd. The luxurious identity and profile is formed by the beauty of the pixel lighting technology, along with the soft lines, and the colors inspired by the earth color palette.

Series AITO 9 Interior

You will find various luxury features inside the AITO 9. The white ash wood trims, and the crystal accents, along with the genuine leather create a calm ambience only found in the most luxurious vehicles. The ambient lighting is distinguished with its adjustable saturation and 4-layer 3D spatial lighting effects. The soft-close doors need no pressure as they close by themselves when you shut them, and when you’re inside, the AC is responsible of purifying the air you breathe inside, with its UVC Photocatalytic Sterilization system. Once you’re on your seat that is made of genuine leather, you can enjoy the heating, cooling, and massage system you’re provided thanks to the presence of 10 air massage cushions. Even the third row has adjustable backrests and a heating system, making it one of the few cars that offer luxury systems for the third row. In the second row, you can adjust the footrests, so you can lie on your back and enjoy the luxury experience, especially with the advanced sound system made of 23 speakers, with 2-driver focused speakers.

In terms of entertainment, you can enjoy the integrated 32” panoramic display that provides a 2K quality, displaying online maps and navigation, voice control, phone mirror, mobile phone remote control, OTA updates, and many more.

Safety and driving assistance systems in the Series AITO 9

The Series AITO 9 features 20 active driving assistance systems thanks to the front and rear sensors, the 360-degree surround cameras, and the front and rear radar functions. The systems include Automated Parking Assist, Remote Parking, and Rear Parking Assist. These systems come with emergency braking that avoids rear and front collisions.
